Bueno, bueno... aunque no lo parezca que haya pasado un mes de verano, ya estamos en agosto, y claramente, no podía dejar desperdiciarlas ni un minuto más como ya lo llevaba haciendo durante un tiempo.
Es por ello y porque, pese a que nada más que enciendo la maldita caja tonta, sólo consigo ver desgracias por todas partes, soy firme partícipe de disfrutar de lo que tenemos e intentar ver las cosas de la mejor manera posible, así que, con ese pensamiento en mente, la primera canción que se me ocurrío fue este éxito de los 70 y que vendió una cifra estimada de 6 millones de copias, casi nada.
Desde luego que no se me ocurrió mejor forma de hacerlo, que con este tema de Mungo Jerry, titulado: In the summertime, que nos invita a desconectar un poco nuestras mentes y dejarnos llevar por su música pegadiza y su letra sencilla. Como bien dice en uno de sus versos: "We're always happy. Life's for livin' yeah, that's our philosophy" - (Siempre estamos felices. La vida es para vivirla, ¡Sí! esa es nuestra filosofía.) ¡Y qué cierto! Quedaros con ese mensaje, y pasad unas buenas vacaciones.
